DARWIN (2018)

Ominous photographs by Juan Hitters were placed in the Darwin lofts in the Villa Crespo neighbourhood, a former cotton mill that once employed some 1500 people. The images portray unknown corners, with a spectral presence of actions that have passed imminently. Echoing the transitory nature of the stories the walls have witnessed, Hitters invites the viewer to reflect on the multiple layers of this building and the lives it housed.
